My favorite talk is about how developers use (or don't use!) in-line comments. I created a survey (200 respondents) and am preparing to make the dataset open. This talk has created enough interest that I now have the chance to submit questions on comment use to a large developer survey.I lift up people
This is who I am...This talk Git hook[ed] by @veronica_hanus sounds cool. She also went around and spoke to attendees beforehand. Was very cool. @CodeOnTheBeach #CotB2019 pic.twitter.com/UQhZtEfTdG

💯 this. An organizer said "we still can't believe we got you" (irl so I saw them shake their head & list places I'd spoken & ending w "...and us")

This is one of the nicest comments I can imagine hearing from a #conference organizer. 🙌❤️ I love community & regional conferences because they focus on the communities they serve, which have their own needs, resources & 💪s.
